Post Docs in Companies (PoDoCo) Program Grant Awarded to 12 Doctoral and Company Collaborations

In the spring 2024 application round of the Post Docs in Companies (PoDoCo) program, funding has been awarded to 12 collaboration projects between doctoral graduates and companies.

The PoDoCo program is managed by DIMECC and funded by Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation, Maa- ja vesitekniikan tuki ry, Svenska Kulturfonden, Finnish Foundation for Technology Promotion, KAUTE Foundation, Foundation for Economic Education.

Any company, regardless of industry, and any individual who has recently completed their doctoral dissertation or is about to defend their dissertation, can participate in the PoDoCo program. Since its inception in 2015, 90 percent of the grant recipients have been employed by the partner companies upon completion of their projects.

The autumn PoDoCo grant application round is open from September 15 to October 31, 2024.
